What Personal Information do we collect?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you.

Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, email addresses, age groups and gender.

The provision of all of these is optional when completing the assessment tools at Love Your Values, with the exception of your email address. This is required so that we can send your assessment report.  

When we collect Personal Information, we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

How might we use personal information?

Love Your Values will only use your personal information to provide you with services, or to communicate with you in relation to the provision of those services you have agreed to engage with. We will also use the assessment data you provide for research and development purposes in the interests of continuous improvement of our products and services. This will be conducted on an aggregated and strictly de-identified basis, with all personal information removed from the data sets.

• We will not use your personal information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• We will not provide your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.
• We will never sell your personal information.

Third Parties

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties. This may include, for example, your email address provided by your employer or coach for the purposes of inviting you to complete an assessment.

In such a case we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by such third party.

The assessment products delivered by Love Your Values are hosted by Brilliant Assessments. They maintain the highest standards of data security in adherence to all major global data security protocols.  Disclosure of Personal Information

Your Personal Information may be disclosed in a number of circumstances including the following:
• third parties where you consent to the use or disclosure; and
• where required or authorised by law.

Security of Personal Information

Your Personal Information is stored and password protected in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 5 years.

Access to your Personal Information

APP 12 provides you with the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please make out your request to us in writing to info{at}loveyourvalues.com.

In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing such information.
