Q. Are these tools only for people who are unhappy in their life, work or relationship?

A. Definitely not.  Being clear about your values is crucially important at any stage of your life. In fact, proactively identifying what you stand for can make it easier to avoid or handle future problems.

Q. How long do the assessments take?

A. Depending on the version you select, the assessment will take 15-20 minutes.

Q. Is there research behind these tools?

A. Yes. The assessments are derived from established and well-researched models of human values, while adapted into actionable tools to support alignment and wellbeing.

Q. Is my data safe?

A. Data security is of the utmost important to us: your data is secure, private and never sold.  Any analysis we do to improve the tools is aggregated, de-identified and completely anonymous. Read more about our strict data security approach here.

Q. I completed the Values Amplifier-My Relationship tool and now my partner wants to do it. Can we then get a combined Our Relationship report? 

A. Unfortunately, technical limitations mean you're unable to add a combined report after first selecting the solo option. You will need to select the Values Amplifier-Our Relationship and complete the assessment again, along with your partner.

Q. How do I narrow down all the things that are important to me to a few core values? 

A. The tools at Love Your Values, while highlighting your core values, will provide a ranking of all the values in the model. Your core values are your bottom line, that you will choose when you need to make the tough decisions.

Q. If I complete the tools later, will my results have changed? 

A. Our core values sometimes shift slightly over time, especially if there have been major changes to our life situation. However, the extent to which you are living your values may change significantly. We suggest completing a follow-up assessment, especially if you have been making deliberate efforts to increase your values alignment.
